The primary objective for this position is to generate and qualify sales leads for a Senior Sales Executive. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Description:- Pre-qualify prospects via out-bound calling campaigns, e-mail follow up, and product overview demonstrations
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the bswift product line
- Collect and document critical sales data from prospects including current vendor, budget process and key decision makers
- Schedule appointments for Senior Sales Executive with the key decision maker(s)
- Respond to prospect's questions with prompt and thorough follow-up
- Document all prospect information and communications in bswift's sales automation system
- Organize, maintain, and manage assigned prospect lists
- Assist Senior Sales Executive in other duties as assigned
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Strong goal orientation and healthy competitive spirit
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
- Experience with technology, benefits, payroll, Human Resources, and/or health care a plus
- 2 years inside sales experience
- BA or BS required
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Significant commission incentives
