Description

The primary objective for this position is to lead new client implementations and ensure existing clients are highly satisfied. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Lead both internal and external staff members on new implementations and annual enrollment projects
• Assist in the setup and testing of client enrollment Web sites
• Manage kickoff meetings and ongoing meetings with clients
• Develop and manage timelines with clients
• Identify critical success factors, contingencies, and potential roadblocks
• Manage internal and external resources to meet project deadlines and to resolve issues that arise
• Manage client expectations aggressively, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with conservative delivery dates
• Proactively identify ways to improve client satisfaction
• Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
• Assist in the testing of system enhancements, fixes, etc.
• Communicate with customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a can do attitude

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• Self-starter and quick learner
• Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
• Experience with technology, benefits, Human Resources, or health care
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lead others within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• High performance standards
• Ability to solve problems
• A confident, positive attitude

Education:

• BA or BS required

Compensation:

• Compensation commensurate with experience.
