Description

The primary objective for this position is to help the company meet and exceed client expectations. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Gather client benefit plan and administration rules and create client specific documentation
• Manage the implementation of new client enrollment Web sites
• Assist in the setup and testing of client enrollment Web sites
• Assist in the importing of client data
• Assist in the testing of system enhancements, fixes, etc.
• Train clients on how to use bswift products
• Respond to clients’ questions and concerns about the use of bswift products
• Triage customer calls and correspondence to the appropriate person and place
• Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of carrier and payroll feeds
• Track and monitor the resolution of client issues
• Communicate with customers in a pleasant, professional manner with a “can do” attitude

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• Self-starter and quick learner
• Ability to manage tasks for multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience with technology, benefits, Human Resources, or health care
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel product
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to translate broad goals into personal action plans and timelines
• A confident, positive attitude

Education

• BA or BS required

Compensation

• Compensation commensurate with experience
