Client Services Representative:

The primary objectives for this position are to build and test client sites, to import and analyze data, and answer day to day inquires from HR representatives and members. Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Assist Account Manager and Project Manager with gathering data to build client sites
• Build client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents
• Test client sites
• Import data into the system
• Audit data from various sources
• Produce reports providing summary and detail for audits
• Answer phone call inquires from members using online enrollment tool
• Resolve day to day issues and concerns from HR representatives of clients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to translate broad goals into personal action plans and timelines

• Strong computer skills – excel intermediate to advanced skills
• Working knowledge of human resources desirable
• Benefits and Benefits Administration experience desirable

Education:

• BA or BS required

Compensation:

• Compensation commensurate with experience.
